Day 164 - Home

The whole family packed up at the lake this morning (early!) and took both the kids to daycare.  Dad took Otto to Star Dog and Mom took Jordie to Providence Prep.  Otto was missed at Start Dog, he hadn't been to visit in over 5 months since Jordie was born.  He is going to ease back into some training classes this fall.  Today was also a big day for Jordie, because Monday she will be moving to the Transitional Infant class.  She will be the youngest, but according to the teachers she will also be the cuddliest, rolliest, happiest and cutest (okay maybe not that last part, but mom and dad sure think so).

Picture of the Day 164:
I am pretty sure you all forgot to mention the most exciting part about today, my Aunt Taylor came to see me and Otto.
Jordie is right, we have a big weekend ahead.  Aunt Taylor got in at 7:30 on Friday night.  It might be past Jordie's bedtime, but that didn't mean Aunt T didn't get a cuddle in.  Around 8:15 Jordie woke up briefly to say hello and goodnight.  She knew she needed to get back to bed for a fun filled Saturday at the pumpkin patch and shopping at South Park with Aunt T and Nanna.  Jordie is on the lookout for a super cool hat for Spirit Week and a dress for her baptism in a few short weeks.

Mom and Dad must think I am really simple to believe I could drive mom's car with these keys.  We all know these keys only work in something much fancier like Grampy's yellow 968.

Ooh, these keys also taste pretty delicious.
The whole family might head to the lake again tonight because Grammy and Grampy are still in Florida with Great Grandma Toddie, the very Great Grandma Jordie is named after.  Jordie and all have been sending their love to Florida for a few weeks now.

So you're telling me I get to see furry Foster and awesome Augie again this weekend!
