Day 34 - Throw yo hands in the air....

Another busy day around the Hawkins house.  Jordie slept OK last night but had one of her first late night snacks out of the bottle from Dad.  It was help to Mom.  Don't worry all you lactation specialists...Jordie was right back with her Mom a few short hours later.

Jordie helped Dad work on some paperwork related to his Granddaddy.  Dad and his family are going to nominate their Grandadday for the N.C. State Hall of Fame.  Jordie seemed interested so she hung by Dad's side. 

After Dad dropped Otto by the groomers, Jordie got to have a little tummy time in the morning.  She is really loving her playmat.  She has all eyes on the monkey and the elephant ear that sounds like you wrinkled paper.....Otto prefers the bird that squeaks.

You know what they say....Monkey see...Monkey do!

We made a family trip to pick Otto up from the groomers. Jordie loves a car ride...may have been her only decent nap of the day.  No wonder she sleeps so well at night.  We are working on the nap thing.

Otto is now frotastic and peeved at the same time! 

During the afternoon, Jordie spent a good deal of time listening to jams (you know, itsy bitsy spider, over the rainbow, wheels on the bus, mary had a little lamb) straight off of Pandora.  She clearly loved the music.  

Freedom!!!! Newborns Unite...No more nap time...said the future leader!

Throw yo hands in the air and wave them like you just don't care.....
