After a brief wake-up call this morning, Jordie was back to sleep and sleeping in until after 8:00 a.m. She is truly full of joy when she wakes up though and it makes for a fun morning. Jordie is continuing to point at more things, including the dog, pictures, the lake and people (makes for awkward moments at the grocery store). Jordie got her first taste of a biscuit for breakfast this morning. Today, we had lunch with the Leders, so Jordie got to hang out with her friend, Kendall. Jordie then went with Mom and Dad to see Mrs. Laura, so Dad could get his haircut. After that Jordie watched some of the stinky Tar Heels game before going down for an afternoon nap.

Dad got Jordie dressed first this morning, and learned dresses don't go with jeans, so a quick outfit change was necessary before heading out to meet the Leders.
This combo just does not seem right!

I think i would rather play with this remote and figure out how to turn the channel then watch this game.
Bath night has been adventurous this week. Jordie wants to do anything but sit still in the tub. She has had a face full of water several times while washing her hair, but nothing seems to phase her.
It's a swimming pool, not a bath!

Jordie is starting talk a mile a minute. Not quite sure what she is saying, but she has a lot to say. Tonight she sent out a special message over the phone and even whistled for a second. Mom says even her Cousin Pete can't whistle yet.
