Day 286 - You Give Me Fever...

Mom has a few days off before starting her new job and today she spent most of the day with a sick baby.  Jordie was supposed to go the doctor today for her 9 month check-up, but it ended up being a sick visit, as well after she woke up with a fever.  Jordie is down with another ear infection in each ear which gave her the fever.  We wonder whether these are new infections or the other ones never really went away.  Jordie did get her official measurements today, but no shots.

Jordie loves the aquarium at the Doctor's office.  She is in awe by the fish.

Jordie's official 9-month measurements:

• Height - 27.75 inches (75th%)
• Weight - 17.5 lbs (25th to 50th%)
• Head / Brains - 46 cm (95th%)

After a diagnosis of two more ear infections, Mom and Jordie went for some breakfast while they waited on her medicine.  Jordie does not like doctors, but she loves mumums (or rice cakes).

This doesn't really taste like anything, but I will eat it!

After a good 2 hour nap, it was time to head to the mall and meet RaRa and Grampy.  Grampy had to come into town for work and RaRa was missing her Jordie.  Mom, Jordie and RaRa cruised around the mall while Grampy was in his meetings.  Jordie got a new hat that RaRa made while she was on her trip.

Hey Aunt Heidi, how do you like my new hat?  RaRa says you were the inspiration, but how do you like that I sport the flower up front.
