Day 244 - Disappointed...

Dad had to rise and shine to head back to work this morning, but Jordie decided she wanted to sleep in a little bit, waking up at 7:45 a.m.  She was all smiles though when she woke up and spent the morning with Mom and Otto.  She was getting prepared for New Years Eve!  Her RaRa begged and begged until Mom and Dad decided to let Jordie spend the night with RaRa and Grampy! She had an exciting night ahead of her.  First, she went with Mom to see Mrs. Laura so Mom could get her hair done.  Jordie was in awe of the salon!  Hopefully, she has a few more years, but at the rate her hair is growing, we may not have that long.

Jordie and Otto tried to get a little TV time in together this morning.  Otto seemed to enjoy Sesame Street much more than Jordie.  Jordie just liked the control of the remote.

Then, it was off to take Otto for a walk.  It was chilly out, so Jordie needed to bundle up in her sweater and one of her many hats.

I can't see.....

Before heading to the lake, Jordie and Mom stopped by to have lunch with Dad and to see the singing bears.  Unfortunately, Jordie was disappointed because the cheapos in Founder's Hall took the bears away early this year, so her highlight was the fancy elevators in Hearst Tower and then lunch at Fuel.

That is some bling, bling on the elevator door!
