Despite waking up with cloudy skies and a light mist, Jordie's mood couldn't be dampened by the gray sky morning. She was ready to sleep in today - I guess she wasn't prepared for that full work week just like mom and dad and Jordie thought it was already Saturday!

Mom was able to pick Jordie up a little early from School today. Instead of heading straight home they went to visit friends in the neighborhood. This ended up quite a funny visit, because Jordie met another little girl who claimed she had MORE hair than Jordie. Molly is her name, and mom and Molly's mom talked about how each baby looked like they were wearing wigs, how to keep a bow in a 9 month old's hair and how they thought their baby girl was the only one with adult hair.

| See Molly, I have what my mom calls low lights. My hair was your color, but then it started to turn lighter. Maybe we do have the same amount of hair, they're just different colors. Either way, we make all the other babies jealous. |
Jordie was representing her aunt and uncle in Oregon today wearing her sweet t-shirt. She got lots of questions on where it came from. Everyone loved the heart in the middle of the state. Jordie asked me to ask Heidi and Matt if the heart was special to Oregon, because people in NC want one.
