It is the standard "Winter Storm of 2013" forecast today. Schools are closing early because of the threat of sleet and freezing rain. Jordie's school was not different. She got to head home early today when Mom's office closed. Mom, Jordie and Otto spent the afternoon waiting on that really bad weather that never seemed to get here, only leaving a little ice on the roads to make things somewhat treacherous. Jordie's teacher, Ms. Emily, said that Jordie really wants to pull herself up to standing and when she can't do it, she gets really mad. Hmmmmmm...frustration. Just a matter of time.

This afternoon was not all about play time for Jordie because she was able to get a couple of naps in during the day, but other than that, there was lots of play.
