We were up early this morning because Mom and Dad were heading to run in the Angels of 97 5k at Lake Norman. The charity is run by their friend, Cami, and honors Cami's sister and others who are no longer with us. The charity raises money to help provide kids from their high school scholarship money for college. We spent the rest of the morning at RaRa and Grampys before hitting up the spaghetti lunch that the Angels also put on during the day.

Mom and Dad were running with Team Mandi (Cami's sister) and were wearing purple shirts. They were joined by Cami, David, the Leders, Grace, and other friends. RaRa and Grampy joined the party and held on to Jordie and Otto while Mom and Dad ran. She got to enjoy some bagel and banana.

For lunch, we were joined by the Leders, including Kendall and her Grammy. Now that Jordie has crawling down pat, she is now challenging herself with standing and sitting. She is pulling herself up with ease, and starting to lower herself down as well. Today, we even caught a glimpse of her standing on her own for a short period of time.
