Day 333 - Marathon.....

Today was the big race for Mom.  Jordie and Dad spent the morning cheering Mom on for her 1/2 marathon from home.  Jordie had 2 marathons of her own today, nap marathons that is, as she took 2 more 2 hour naps today.  All this activity is really tiresome.

Jordie started the day out pretty early at 6:00 a.m., as she must have been anticipating Mom's big run in Kentucky.  She was really interested in having a bottle, because she was really hungry.

While Mom was running, Jordie was staying active too, helping out around the kitchen.

This old tupperware needs to go.

Mom, Aunt Heidi and Kelly all were really excited for the race to start.  They kept us in the loop with pictures along the way, so we could cheer them on.

Once Jordie woke up from her first nap, it was time celebrate with Mom, as she had finished her first 1/2 marathon and beat her goal.

Jordie is going to really enjoy Mom's medal.

After the big race, it was time for Jordie to play.  She got to go on a walk with Dad, Gee and Otto.  She also got to play alot with her different toys on each floor of the house.  After getting those first few steps down, Jordie is becoming a little daredevil, even thinking about heading up the steps.

Before bedtime, Jordie hung out with Gee and Pop a little more.  She loves having them in town.  Gee had to give Jordie another bath tonight after she decided to put beans in her hair.  Couldn't have bean hair for Easter Church tomorrow.
