Today was a monumental day for Jordie. She was baptized during the 11:00 service at Davidson United Methodist Church in Davdison, N.C. It was extra special because it was All Saints Day. We were lucky to have Jody Seymour, who married Mom and Dad do the baptism. Jordie had lots of family in town and even got to share the spotlight with her friend, Franklin Vogelien. We hope that through Jordie's journey of life, she is able to travel with a guide through her faith, much like her Mom and Dad. We also hope Jordie finds the strength and joy that Mom and Dad find in each of their families. Family means so much to us and today was special having family with us.
