Day 194 - Sweet Memories...

It was early to rise this morning for Jordie, so we could head to the airport for our flight back to Charlotte. Thanks to Aunt Chris for the ride to the airport.  Jordie was lucky today because she was flying with Mom, Dad, Aunt Heidi, RaRa and Grampy.  It was going to be a fun day since Aunt Heidi was staying with us for one more night and our friends, Jake and Becky, were going to stop by to visit.

Once we got home, it was bath time for Jordie.  Thanks to Aunt Heidi, Jordie was treated to a true spa day.  She even got to relax a little with a nice book.

Aunt Heidi, I know I have a cow lick, but I really don't like where they have my hair parted, can you fix it? 

Jordie was happy to see her friends' Jake and Becky when we got home today.  They were nice enough to stop through Charlotte on their way home from Asheville.

Hey Jake, guess what, we just got off an airplane.  How cool is that?

Becky, how did you know that I like a foot massage?

Later in the afternoon, we went for a walk over to the Arboretum.  We took Jordie in her new stroller.  It is a jogging stroller, so Jordie is ready for some runs.  

Faster, faster, faster!

After the stroll to the store, it was play time.

What is in this bucket? 

No Dad, I do not have to have the paci!

Jordie really loved her day with Aunt Heidi.  It was full of sweet memories.  The night included lots of play time, potty time and food time.

Aunt Heidi, do you have to go tomorrow?

What is on the menu tonight?  Apple Sauce?  What is that?

That apple sauce is pretty good!

Give me the bowl, please?

Before bedtime, Jordie needed to get a few more minutes in with Aunt Heidi, just in case she was not up yet in the morning.  Jordie was battling what seemed to be a tooth all night, but we have missed that before.
