Jordie was early to rise today. She decided she wanted to snuggle in bed with Mom and Dad and was quite the snuggler for about an hour this morning. It was off to school to see Mrs. Connie and when Jordie got there her friend Morgan was arriving too. Today was Jordie's Friday because Jordie is coming with away with us to Florida tomorrow morning to spend time with family.

Today was the day we had been waiting on for over 2 weeks. Jordie's wonderful photos arrived from Candy Howard today. She is an amazing photographer and we could not wait to see all of her photos. The wait was well worth it. We are very pleased with all of the photos, family and Jordie. We included a sample here. Please don't post on Facebook yet, because we are trying to figure out how to make sure she gets credit.

Tonight was also exciting because Jordie had a special visitor. Parker Watson was in town to meet Jordie. He was very excited to see the little peanut. His nickname in college was P-Nut. Parker and and Dad's families go way back. Jordie's Great Granny worked with Parker's grandma back in the day and then Gee and Parker's Mom taught school together. Then Dad and Parker were fraternity brothers. Parker remembered to bring a very cute outfit that his Mom bought for Jordie. It is going to make for some really sweet Christmas photos. Parker is engaged and we got to hear all about the engagement and the exciting wedding plans.
