Jordie's first Christmas experience started today. She slept in until almost 7:30 this morning, but little did she know what was waiting for her this morning. We started the day at RaRa and Grampy's house with our first round of gift opening. Her first round was definitely a success. After opening gifts and a little breakfast, it was time to head to the mountains and Gee and Pop's house and Christmas tree number 3. We got to see the Hawkins family from Greensboro and spend some time with them.

| See this present? I bet you I can open it! |
Otto, Foster and Augie were the first to open presents this morning.
| Wait, Wait, Wait! When is my turn? |
| Is this mine or Otto's toy? I think I can have some fun with this. |
| Mama and JoJo all smiles this morning |
Then the madness was ready to start and Jordie was all smiles each time she opened a new gift.
| Jordie is loving her new blocks, tea pot, walking toy, walker from Great Uncle Fro and Great Aunt Jodi, and her Table Games from Aunt Heidi and Uncle Matt! |
| I am so overwhelmed with toys and fun right now! |
| Success! |
Jordie slept the whole way to Waynesville, over 2.5 hours. She woke up and was ready to hang and party with her cousins.
| Hey Noah, I hear you are quite the basketball player! Thank You! |
| Janie, do you see this sweater Preston put on me? Can you believe Gee use to wear these things? |
| Preston, this is when we have to smile! |
Jordie was really tired after a long day of travel and opening gifts and no afternoon nap, so she got a bath and was ready to go to bed after dinner. Unfortunately, she only opened one gift this evening in Waynesville and was going to wait until morning to open a couple more gifts.
| Gee, this is like no doggie I have ever seen before. |
| Aunt Jane, can I borrow your necklace? |
