The busy weekend started this morning with a fun breakfast of blueberry waffles. After breakfast, we took a family walk across the street so we could get some supplies for Mom's big event on Sunday. After a nap, Mom and Jordie headed out to the local bakery to pick out a cake for Jordie's big birthday next weekend.

After errands, it was time to head to Jordie's friend, Hayes, 1st birthday party. It was a party just down the street so we walked over the for the festivities.

After the party, it was time for Dad and Jordie to head to the lake, while Mom was volunteering at another event. Jordie and Dad got settled in at the lake, so RaRa and Grampy could help out on Sunday during the big Duck Race.
