Holy Cow! We are really down to the final days of Jordie's first year. Pretty amazing we are starting the 1 year celebration this weekend and Jordie is ready to get it started. It feels like yesterday that we were preparing for me to head to Jake and Becky's wedding and making sure that Penny was under the proper watch. Jordie headed to school like it was just another Friday. Little does she know that we have a HUGE weekend ahead, including friends and family joining us for a birthday party tomorrow.

Jordie is all over the place. She is getting more and more confident about standing and cruising around, but not quite ready to take that first unassisted step.

Jordie left school a little earlier than usual today. Unfortunately, it was because she had another reaction. This time, we are not quite sure what it was that caused the reaction. She did not eat anything out of the ordinary today, but we are not taking chances and have made an appointment for her next week to get tested for allergies. With an early departure, Jordie got to go with Mom to run errands, including the grocery store, pick up her cake and make sure other essentials were ready to go for the party. All that work required a serious nap!

After a nap, it was time to head over to the Ennis house and a little afternoon play time with Zack, Hayes and Grady. Jordie and Hayes both found their way into the ball pool.

After some play time, it was time go home and get a bath, and get ready for bed. We had to prepare for the big weekend. Some of the party gifts arrived today, including the blow up animal beach balls.
