Day 22 - On the road again...

Matt had a business trip to Atlanta, so Gee came down to hang out with me and Jordie today.  We had some other special deliveries throughout the day.  Aunt Grace brought over dinner and delicious banana bread.  She also gave Jordie some beautiful bows for all that hair!  They are the perfect size for the little nugget's head.  We also got a super cool gift from the Kitcheners - a 50mm lens or our new camera.

Sweet Jordie slept most of the day, but then woke up ready to party around 9:00 p.m.  And by party I mean eat and hang out, eat and hang out and eat and hang out.  During the day she had plenty to be tired about, a visit from Grace who was an expert at holding her and helping her feel comfy to sleep. Then Gee arrived and she's the best at making Jordie feel all cozy to take a mid day nap.  Jordie also had a visit from Otto's friend Amy from next door - she brought some really cute burp clothes, onesies and other goodies for a stylish girl like Jordie.

And I can't forget to mention the special deliveries from Betsy Leder and Bill Wilson and Glee Lamb.  The Leders sent some very beautiful burp clothes with Jordie's initials - which is her first monogrammed item!  Then Bill and Glee sent a special delivery all the way from Southern France!  A warm onesie for the fall and winter from a place called Petite Bateau.  I selfishly hope Jordie takes french growing up so I have a reason to revive the seven years of french I took and so dad can take us to France for family vacations!
