A year in the life of Jordie: Day 9

If yesterday was a rainy day to sleep in, today was a day to get out and about! I think Jordie was so excited about today that she had trouble sleeping, last night and today! She certainly had a lot to be worked up about today: Adventures out of the house, Gee and Pop were coming and unfortunately Aunt Heidi and Uncle Matt were leaving to go to RaRa and Grampy's house.

Some updates on the Jordie Watch:

Weight: 7 lbs 9 oz - she has gained 9 ounces since leaving the hospital
Potty Times: Frequent - which is a great sign
Sleep Time: Hour intervals at night, but longer periods in the evening
Feeding Times: Averaging about every 2 hours and 18 minutes, but much more frequent at night
Other: I am smiling frequently, checking things out with my eyes and nurse today said I am going through a growth spurt

This morning, Otto came to hang out with me while I was in my crib. I think he has a baby crush on me! I know I have a Doodle Crush on him!

Pure T Lubs!

Mom and I ventured to meet with some nice people (Ann was her name) this morning about my eating habits and to check my weight. I gained another 4 ounces since Monday....that makes me a healthy eater!

Later in the day, we went back to Presbyterian Hospital. No, it was not an Emergency, it was for a really good cause. We went to pay tribute to some special nurses at Presbyterian Hospital in the name of my Aunt Emy with the Daisy Award. We had a great time in the courtyard and honored a sweet nurse. We also took some cookies to Kelcy and the other nurses that took care of me and Mom while we were in the hospital last week.
