Jordie and Mom spent the day together. Dad had to go back to work after a fun and relaxing long weekend. Hopefully, Jordie is excited that Dad only has 2 more days of work before an extended break to spend time at home (it is called "paternity leave").

In the afternoon, Laura Maguire from Mom's office stopped by to see Jordie. She brought Jordie a cool little toy as well as Mom and Dad some delicious treats! We will get Laura's picture next time she stops by the house.
The afternoon was filled with a walk, reading and storytelling. Jordie even gave a few chuckles and lots of laughs.

Once Dad got home, it was dinner time, followed by PJ time and then a brief walk because it looked like it may storm.
